This is a "healthy", two person, inexpensive ramen recipe that is great on the fly or in a pinch. It consists of 2 cheap shelf ramens, the ones with the dehydrated noodle blocks and pouch of sodium enriched flavors, 3-4 leaves of cabbage(which, surprisingly, has an incredible shelf life), 2 eggs(just the whites, if you prefer), a green or red tomato, 4-5 cups water, 2 packages ramen blocks, 1 sodium enriched flavor pouch. - Boil 4-5 cups water. adjust to preference.
